Warlock DPS Spreadsheet
With Bakka's announcement that he has quit WoW he also stated he was unable to continue development of the Warlock DPS spreadsheet. Since nobody else appears to want to continue it's development I have stepped forward.
For anyone unfamiliar with the sheet you might want to have a look at the existing thread for it on ElitistJerks. There's also the original Leulier blog and Bakka's more recent blog site all of which have some info on it. I also started a wiki section here on the DMZ site but it had lukewarm community reception and so few edits, the beginner's guide is in serious need of bringing up to date.
This forum has been set up for discussion of the sheet as well as tracking points that need development, feature requests, bugs etc. Anyone (registered with the forum) can open a new thread but please have a look to see if there is already one for what you are looking for before you do.
As a final note before I get on with the other stuff I ask that people have patience with me while I get under way with this. It's a new project for me and one I take on alongside running a guild, leading raids, developing this site, playing the game and whatever life I have time for in between. I'm more than happy to take advice, criticism and complaints but have little time jerks who can't be constructive.

I spoke with you briefly in PM's on EJ.. While I am not that proficient with excel, you mentioned you might need help inputing new 3.2 items, or possibly even current hardmode items that got missed.
If you need help doing this more menial stuff, I would be glad to help.

I have updated the "Configuring the Spreadsheet" section of the "Beginner's Guide" to reflect the most recent version put out by Bakka. I have not had a chance to examine version 4.0 yet but I am sure it is much closer to 3.2 than the version that was previously explained in this guide.

Could I request going back to a naming convention that reflects the Patch that the spreadsheet is made for? I liked Bakka's way of naming them 3.1a, next revision 3.1b etc until 3.2 came out and then starting over with 3.2a. It made it very clear what version of talents and spells were in affect for that spreadsheet.
I understand why you would select 4.0 to make it obvious this is a brand new version but I suspect it will lead to confusion later.

Was thinking the same Rozzenwyn, consider 4.00.00 to have been 3.1.3a.
